I have permission to post.

Does anyone know if using Prometrium from 25 weeks on can affect how rapidly a milk supply increases after birth? Mom also currently has significant edema in extremities (at 10 days PP) and baby has probable tongue tie, so there are plenty of reasons for her difficulties.

Mom was unable to express colostrum after birth and baby had excessive weight loss (possibly also due to all the fluids mom received for long labor and c-section). I'm just wondering if the prometrium could also be a factor?
