If this mother knows that she has delayed lactogenesis, why is she giving up
at the very moment that the milk is beginning to flow? I don't get it.
Something does not make sense here. Some moms do have a delay - provisions
can be made for nourishment until milk production begins.  Does this mom
really want to breastfeed or does she just want to know why her milk
production is delayed?
