Winnie I feel for you in your dilemma!  Please know that you *can* still
make a difference in your difficult circumstances.  Even if it's just one
mother per week, one premie that gets EBM that might otherwise not have, one
mother that was spared damaged nipples ..... The cost as you well know will
be a different kind of stress that you have to deal with.  I, too, am
walking on eggshells at work.  Coming from 13 years of evidence-based
private practice into a hospital setting is extremely stressful.  But I know
I would be absolutely lost without Lactnet and knowing that others walk in
similar shoes.
