I don't believe any criticism was intended - certainly not on my part -
simply a discussion regarding the various viewpoints that might suggest why
we believe what we do (or don't as the case may be)

The trouble is we don't know, not really, not impartially and not
completely - so we all do the best we can with what we have to work with.
