Hi Jamie,

Yes, negative feelings are definitely part of the wide range of normal for
breastfeeding while pregnant. I breastfed through two of my 3 pregnancies
and beyond and the difference is like night and day between pregnant nursing
and nursing once the baby comes out. When you think about the hormones
behind it all, it makes perfect sense -- we're wired to want to nurse after
that baby comes out. Our pregnant bodies are totally consumed by the baby
on the inside, not really concerned with the baby on the outside...which I'm
sure is at least partially why it's so hard to get pregnant while a baby is
totally dependent upon breastfeeding.
