No question that every breastfeeding is a natural immunization.

In addition, abreastfed baby who is immunized typically generates a higher
response to the immunizing agent and thus has a longer period of higher
protection than occurs in an artificially-fed baby immunized at the same
time.

So, a breastfed baby is clearly more protected than an artificially-fed
baby, even in the absence of medically-generated immunizations.

However, in an imperfect world where disases can still kill, I opt--where
it is possible and the benefits far outweigh the risks--to use that which
science has enabled us to provide. Immunizations is one of those things.
