Also thinking about your questions - only during the tail end of our
support group meeting did some moms come out and admit they were smoking
again after stopping during the pregnancy.  Many moms are very embarassed
by this and rarely admit it (try to keep it from their husbands).  

So that is another area to pursue with those babies who seem not to gain
enough...

And don't forget Dr. Newmann's Breast Compressions (still trying to get the
time to translate that to Spanish!)!
