Strange case yesterday in the hospital.
Day 5 pp, primip. Nurse asked me to check something. Left breast was
slightly full, a bit lumpy and tender, but no milk came out of the nipple.
Mom massaged, tried to hand express, nothing. I tried to get some milk
out........nothing. As if there were no outlets in the nipple. Right
breast was fine, and I even tried while baby was feeding from the right
breast.
The nurse said that on day 1 there had been some drops of milk from that
breast. NO surgery or trauma to that breast, normal development during
pregnancy.
Any ideas?

Esther Grunis, IBCLC who spent all day yesterday with Chloe Fisher who is
here in Israel to lecture for a LLL conference. What an amazing woman!! What
an honor to show her around Tel Aviv, even though she has been here 6 times.
Looking forward to hear her lecture today.
