I am putting this information out there for you so you will all know what is
going on. I have been involved working with the moms who filed the suit
against Wal-Mart > The attorneys involved need to be given credit for having
the courage to do this. They have received more than a few raised eye brows.
We did a press conference on Monday in Dayton attended by Susan Brasier ,
attorney at Law of Dayton, Rob Stein, attorney at Law of Cleveland, Dana
Derungs , Devin her baby, and Linda Smith and myself. The second mother
named in the case  had her 4th child just 2 weeks ago . So she didn't
attend. The press was really pretty supportive, Associated press picked it
up because I sent them a press release. One must also keep in mind that
this happened in two different Wal-mart stores to two different women and
babies. Tomorrow morning, Thursday the 8 th of April,  at 10:10 am, ( Dayton
time, Daylight savings ), 9:10 CST on WJR 760Am Radio  out of Detroit ,
Susan Brasier will be interviewed. It would be great if all of you in that
area could listen and call in with comments and questions for the broadcast.
I understand that this station broadcasts even into Canada. The two
attorneys did a superb job of writing the complaint and I feel with the
appropriate information will hopefully make a real impact on this issue.If
