I'm not sure what you mean by Norway citation, but this was demonstrated in
an excellent study by Schanler et al at Texas Children's. The citation is:
Schanler et al, Pediatrics vol 103 no.6 pg 1150-1157 Feeding Strategies for
preterm infants:  beneficial outcomes of feeding fortified human milk versus
preterm formula. They reported shorter hospital stays in babies fed
fortified milk, as well as less NEC and fewer episodes of sepsis. Hope this
