No know human data on use of Nexium while breastfeeding.
Information of closest agent, Prilosec (omeprazole) states that omeprazole
concentration in milk is reported to be less than 7 % of maternal serum
concentration.  No infant adverse effects were reported; however, not enough
data to establish safety.
