Well, yes.  My son  named his "Ace & Gary."  He could even express a tiny bit 
of "milk"  from them then.  Sent me pictures.  As I recall, Ace was a bit 
more of  a problem than Gary.  I think he was a freshman in college when it  
happened. 
 
He's currently a healthy  21 y/o with no evidence of untoward breast 
development or milk  production.
