I don't think we can know, because doesn't the fat of breastmilk variable
from mother to mother?  An individual's milk fat content varies little in
amount from feed to feed, (though types of fat can change in relation to
what mom eats) but from what I understand fat content can vary from one
mother to another. (Please let me know if I am wrong! :))

So, since babies shoot for a certain amount of energy (calories), wouldn't
it make sense that a baby with a mom with higher milk fat would drink less
per day when nursing at the breast (not a bottle, different story there)
than a baby with a mom with lower milk fat?
