Imagine that you are on an interview panel for a prospective L&D Asst Nurse
Manager.

PS: This is happening Monday!!    :-}   I believe there are 2 candidates on
that day.
Other panelists are: the Director of Maternal-Child Services, NICU RN-Mgr,
& ANMs from L&D and Post Partum.

We have gone a LONG time without an L&D RN-Mgr. Balancing out floor RNs who
are really good about helping moms with BFing, are floor RNs who are set in
cement against couplet care and for any practice that is staff-focused
rather than patient-focused.
