Maureen,
All the Maricopa County WIC offices allow their workers to bring their
babies to work for 6 months. In addition, ADHS allows it at least 5 mos, if
not 6 mos also. Contact Melinda Johnson at ADHS in Phoenix. Email me
privately if you need her email at work. She is job-sharing her BFing
Coordinator position for State Health because she has a new baby herself.

> List mates,
> We are looking at establishing a workplace breastfeeding policy and the
actuary has told us it is a liability. His example-what if another
employee drops a bunch of papers on the baby and the baby ends up with
injuries. If you have a workplace breastfeeding policy, how has your
insurance carrier handled it and are any of you aware of any injuries to
infants less than 5 months old in the workplace? Would you please reply to
me at [log in to unmask]
