Just in case any of you are working with adoptive mothers to be who are
adopting from China, Domperidone is readily available in China, very cheaply
and over the counter. Looking at between $2 and 2.50 US for a packet of 30
10 mg tablets. I have a jpg file of the front of the packet that I can email
to any who would like it (trying to describe through an interpreter to a
shop assistant what Domperidone does when you have only a vague idea of it's
primary action is interesting!) a photo would make it as easy as could be.
