Burping is HUGE here in some cultures.  It really gets in the way of 
breastfeeding.....  Mothers read all sorts of "signs" that mean baby has a 
wind and don't recognise feeding behaviour.  On the other hand, some 
cultures don't seem to burp at all, often carry their babies and have 
content, quiet babies.
