I would suggest you send a polite letter to each doctor that addresses the very issues that you are putting in the letter to LACTNET.  Obviously clean up the language a bit and make it real proper.

Add something like, I truly want to be a service to the clients that I share with you as patients.  I am looking for your feedback on how we can work together the best for the benefit of your patients.

You might want to even request a personal meeting with one of the doctors sometime.  The other ace that you can pull out of your sleeve is to ask one of your confident clients (one who has a little bit of BF activist or zealotry in their veins) to put in a plug for you.  Doctors want to be liked by their patients, and if one of their patients (or mother of a patient) says, " Dr. SoandSo please do me a favor and meet with Cathy Bargar sometime.  She has been such a great help to me, I think that you should use her as a resource to help your breastfeeding mothers."
