Hi Cathy, I don't know if I really understand this term, although I have
heard it used.  I think it is one of those terms that are used differently
in US vs. Australia.  Can you tell us on Lactnet what you mean by "manual
stripping".  I'm wondering if it is a form of deep massage or the manual
expression ala Marmet technique I am more familiar with.
