Dear LC's

I have been a bit of a lurker so my apologies that I have an 'urgent request' as my first post! ;)

I am emailing from South Africa.

I am quite urgently looking for something I saw once, I think online:

It is a list/poster of everything that is found in formula, which looks pretty impressive to start with, until compared with wayyy more that is in breastmillk. I need it as a 'visual' at a talk I am giving soon, and can only print it tomorrow (which starts in 8 hours' time for us ;)

Does anyone know what I am talking about and do you know where I can access this list please?

Also if, off the tops of your heads, you could shoot me some questions that expectant/new mothers are most apt to ask regarding (preparing for) breastfeeding or why to breastfeed?

And what are your most common *interesting* reasons for why mothers should breastfeed (besides the most common reasons ;)

Thanks in advance for any feed-back!

Yulanda Ridge
