It has come to my attention that I am possibly infringing on copyright by
distributing this scan.  I wanted the scan for myself, since in my very
rural area in Canada, it is not possible to buy/access this magazine.  I
would encourage those that have access, to borrow/buy the magazine - it will
be a more powerful educational tool to use the original cover, as well, I
suppose, than a scan.
