Dear Lactnet Friends, I am writing to ask you all to send a total no vote to
ILCA regarding any By-Laws revisions at this time, without further
discussion.  If we vote yes on any portion it will become a complicated MESS.

I have written to ask ILCA to withdraw the present presentation.  If they
are unwilling to do that, I think asking everyone to vote no will force
discussion and revision of the By-Laws proposals currently presented to us.

I intend to ask every LC I know to vote no and figured I'd start with 700 of
you in one push of the button!
