I found this by accident on the Avent website; they manufacture the "niplette" and it is quite expensive at $50 .  They also only make it available through direct order, thus adding $11.95 for shipping!  (also non-refundable) It does not look like a bicycle horn, but more like a thimble with a air tube attached to it.  Hard to gauge the actual size just looking at the picture...I'd like to see one up close, but the price is a bit much.  Has anyone else seen one up close?
