Our hospital has had few enough deliveries to allow us (team of four
IBCLCs, one member doing lactation rounds each day) to see every mom,
every day she is in the hospital. We also do f/u home visits on almost
every mom one or two days after DC. We now find we have to cut back on
time; not see everyone in the hospital. Those of you from larger
hospitals, how do you triage who will and will not be seen?
Could you reply to Pam at [log in to unmask] ?

    Thank you so much.
