Where we are WIC does give free pumps - manualectric - in some places they
even provide rental pumps.  They also locally give nursing bras and bra
pads.  They try to do what they can.

Did you know that now MJ - remember I live where they are - is giving
coupons for $10 off the purchase or rental of a breast pump - they are
paying the $10 as a rebate to the woman - brand does not matter.
