Excellent message! and good point for old pros (like me :-( who immediately 
jump to goody trick bag and forget tincture of time and sTs in the hospital 
setting.  Give them a chance to recover and regroup while sTs!
But also realistic about the moms we see a few days later.  It's not what we 
want to see or "should" be seeing, but what is right there, right now.  Pat
