I have had many moms describe this feeling...sometimes describe4d as a
"cat's tongue" feeling.  Usually secondary to tongue-tie...sometimes baby
latching very shallowly to compress nipple to slow flow.

In eaither case the tongue IS rubbing against the tip of the nipple.
