Once I had a client whose clever and supportive husband put a hook (like
one would use for hanging plants) in the ceiling directly above her
nursing chair.  He then put fine chain in the hook, and an "S" connector
at the end for the mom to attach the SNS bottle to increase flow.  By
rearranging the position of the "S" hook--and thus the SNS--up or down,
the flow could be changed.

It worked extremely well!  (When the baby was nursing better than usual,
mom curved the SNS tubing in a deep "U" under her breasts to *slow* the
flow a bit more....)
