Regarding pumping problems and let down...I have had great success with
mom's using the homeopathic Rescue Remedy (Bach's) or NSP's Distress Remedy
20 minutes before pumping/nursing and then 10 min before and then upon
beginning.  Try it...even my dh, natural substance skeptic of the world, has
been converted.
