I already pay a lot extra to subscribe to ILCA and JHL because I have to
order an international banker's order (cost £8) and gamble on the currency
exchange rate of the day.  I'd feel better if all this dosh went to ILCA or
I got to keep it.

Now that most of Europe is on a single currency, it would be great if ILCA
would acknowledge the Europeans by accepting payment in Euros.  That is, if
they are serious about European members?  Not always clear, and certainly I
am racking my brains to think of an article in JHL about Europe...  And of
course its cyclical, cos it is not enticing to try an publish in JHL from
Europe cos you know no one will read it, though maybe that will change now
it is on line on one of the big research databases.
