What are your thoughts on the safety of Fenugreek?  

A BF mom, that also has PCOS, began to take this, claims her milk supply issues are completely gone.  Her baby was 6 months when she began taking Fenugreek, and is 8 months now.  

When I talked to her, breastfeeding was going well...until she began to skip her PCOS meds on a regular basis.  She didn't agree with the correlation, and began to research online, and came up with taking Fenugreek.
