It is with a heavy heart that I share with this community the passing of Dr. Joy Noel-Weiss, who spent so much of her life protecting and supporting women and breastfeeding. There are no words I can share at this time, other than I am very sad to have lost such a dear friend and such a strong mentor. May we all remember Joy for her kindness (unlimited), her humour (wicked), her smarts (one of the great minds of our time), her courage (unfailing), and her utmost devotion to women everywhere in any circumstance. She will be sorely missed.
