I am working on a presentation on breastfeeding peer counseling in WIC (the
Women, Infants and Childrens Nutrition Program in the USA).  I am
interested in finding out which State WIC programs pioneered BF peer
counseling.  I'm also interested in a rough count of the number of states
where BF PC currently occurs.
