Right, and if is nothng is asked, many moms will just do what is expected.
In discussions about ''the choice'' and that some moms  (almost 30% of Dutch
moms that is) do ''choose'' to bottlefeed and that health care personel
cannot change that, I sort of routinely state that bf rates in Scandinavia
(which are great modelling countries for us in Western Europe) are almost
100% because the question just is not brought up, but moms are assumed to
want to breastfeed.
