Pam,

Her childbearing years are short, she is in that last window of opportunity -
can you counsel her to consider waiting until she is well into/through her
forties? May be she has never found the right bra to fit her well and make
her feel comfortable? If she ever visits London I can recommend a wonderful
shop that has a Royal Warrant and will take great, great care in fitting you
for the right bra and having that bra on the premises. It is a heavenly shop
with members of staff who will make you feel special even if you have had a
mastectomy, breast injury, unusual breasts, etc. Most of us do not take care
or cannot find the right bra that fits perfectly. Do you know whether she is
wearing a bra that is too small in an effort to *contain* her breasts? Or the
bras she is wearing were the next best thing she could find. I bet you she
is.

If she feels she must go ahead with this, she has time to find a surgeon who
will ensure that her breasts will work well during breastfeeding. She might
get that down in writing! If she cannot find someone who will guarantee that
her breasts will function properly with no probs it might lead her to
realisation of leave alone altogether or do surgery after childbearing years
are gone.

kind regards,
