Hello,

I'm sure we are all equally disgusted at this "collusion", as Dr. Gordon put
it, whether we are surprised or not. Before I start writing, I am going to
reread a couple posts from Elsheva Urbas on writing complaint letters. I
have used her ideas (thanks, Elsheva!) many times, and not just for
breastfeeding related issues. Of course I usually first scream and dance
around stomping my feet (my kids must think I'm nuts) and then I write a
scathing letter with lots of rude comments, which I throw away. THEN I
reread Elsheva's posts again and start writing for real. ( I will try to
copy them to send them to the list. If it doesn't work, the two posts I'm
referring to were from Aug. 27, 2001, and May 1, 2002.) We WILL be heard!!!
