Connecticut, USA: Private specialty practice devoted exclusively to
breastfeeding medicine, seeks a full- or part-time nurse practitioner or
physician. Must be IBCLC or at least qualified (after a year with us) to
sit for 2005 IBLCE exam. LLL experience and/or research experience
helpful but not required. This is a dynamic, growing practice devoted to
clinical care, clinical research and both patient and professional
education. We see approximately 750-800 new dyads a year, with about
150-160 dyad visits per month, and are very quickly outgrowing our
ability to keep up with demand. Current staff: a happy group of ten
women, most of us parttime. Our clinical staff (3 FT, 3 PT) includes
LCs, nurse practitioners, and physicians. Five of the six clinical staff
are IBCLC (last one is sitting for the 2004 exam) and five of the ten of
