In a message dated 2/15/1 11:49:06 PM, CDC via Valerie writes:

<< Chemicals present in breast milk act, together with time and cold
temperatures, to destroy the HIV present in expressed breast milk. " >>

Wondering if the CDC web site state *how much time and how much cold*?

Because...., if the parameters of time and degree of cold can be deliniated,
then, where HIV+ moms have access to hand expression instructions or pumps,
electricity, refrigerators, and alternate feeding methods, they can
cold-treat their expressed breastmilk to destroy HIV?
