The recent discussion of the First Years pumps made me finally purchase their new one-hand pump, which I have been curious about. All of that companies pumps come in a box with a clear cellophane "window", making it very easy to see the pump. The double electric one, as well as the battery/electric ones look like a waste of money. However, their new one-hand pump looks great, to me. One feature is a valve that closely resembles the one on the Ameda pumps.

Anyway, the pump was only $19.99, so I broke down and got it. I am not lactating right now but, as far as I can see, this is an excellent little hand pump, with a lot of suction, and a very easy one-hand mechanism.

I would love to hear if anyone else has any experience with this particular pump. It is the First Years Easy Comfort (not to be confused with the Natural Comfort) Manual pump.
