Just to be awkward, how would we define a baby who has been
exclusively fed his own mother's milk in a bottle - with no meds.
water, formula, etc. - but who has never ever been put to breast?
I would say he was exclusively human milk fed.
However, for research purposes, would he be defined as exclusively breastfed?
And, if that was so, how would that take into account the differences
in jaw development, dentition and so on, between a bottle-fed and a
breastfed baby?
