recommendations you have on classes in ballet, jazz, modern or tap.

Are there any dance companies in the area that she could potentially dance with?

Also, could anyone working in Washington, D.C. or Annapolis pass on a short
introduction to the dance scenes there?  I.e., good dance series' to
subscribe to, classes to attend occasionally, or anything else you think she
would want to know.
