I do not have any info from studies regarding fenugreek and headaches, but I
do have my own experience.  When I began taking Galactogouges (SP?), I went a
little overboard and did develope headaches.  I just assumed it was because
these herbs often lower the blood sugar and I believe low blood sugar can
lead to symptoms such as headaches.  Does anyone else have info about this.
I am curious too.
