I have seen and talked to many women with a bump- Montgomery Gland or
whatever that leaked with let down.  It is like a vent hole on the side of a
volcano, just dribbles a little bit.  It is unusual- I think within the
range of normal from what I ahve seen, but it is not a problem- this should
be a non-issue unless there is pain or inflammation.  Cathy Liles
