I agree with all of Pat's suggestions and want to add that patience and
tincture of time is what will be the best advice in this situation.  I think
these babies need to control that supply and am confident that they will in
time.  I have seen this situation with several sets of twins and at about 4
months everything fell into place on it's own.
These moms ( all moms) need a great deal of support, reasurrance and
encouragement in order to trust their bodies and their babies.
