Impact of Donor milk availability on Breast Milk Use and NEC Rates. The main gist is that use of donor milk has increased over time and NEC rates have dcreased.

Donor milk availability in the Neonatal ICU: Surrogate for change? Says that the challenge is to "extend effective interventions, including provision of mother's own milk, or donor milk as needed to every mother and her VLBW infant." Mother's own milk - isn't that an amazing idea :-b
