I agree this raises eyebrows, but bf babies don't gain regularly and it
could be insignificant - especially in baby who seems to check out fine in
every respect, and seems to feed effectively. If it was here,  I'd want to
know (and I appreciate you might have asked these, but just not included it
in your post)

* how often is the baby coming to the breast day and night?
* are the feeds *always* 90 minutes long *without a break* - if so I would
be concerned
* is the mother responding to baby's cues?
* how accurate are the weights?
* can she feed more often by responding more to the baby's cues during the
day and night?
