Hi All,

Has anyone ever had a mom medicated w/ Cortrosyn (or Cosyntropin) for an adrenal challenge in the immediate post-partum period?  I checked Hale but didn't find the drug listed.  Baby is full-term 1 day old.  Could use an answer ASAP as the mom is going to be told I'm sure to pump and dump after the administration.  The manufacturer states: transfer to milk unknown, use caution.
