 I am reminded of a call I go some time ago from a woman who was haveing some
sort of difficulty/ This was late on a sat night and it was clear that at a
minimum she need a hand pump. I called the hospital where dhe delivered,
talked to the manager. the manager asked in astonishement... did i expect her
to give this mother a pump? Yes i said, otherwise you may be admitting her
with mastitis... i was told, as the mother was no longer in the hospital, she
was not thier patient..sorry!

 I totally understand your frustration.
