I only saw Nikki's reply to Sue's post when I posted, oops.  
From what I could find about G-CSF I can't understand why there is a need for any interruption in the donor's breastfeeding. It must be administered by injection as it is not absorbed at all through the GI tract. It has a very high molecular weight so almost none of it will pass into breastmilk and even if it does, it is not absorbable by the baby. 
Another case of thinking that since the medication is involved in the treatment of a cancer patient, it must be a no-no for breastfeeding?  Seems to be just plain incorrect info as far as I can see.
