The Norwegian video "Breast is Best" is terrific, and seems to me to
fulfill all your criterea.  It is available from INFACT Canada.
Though I am on the board of INFACT, INFACT is non profit (that's a
neutral way of saying constantly broke), and so I feel it is okay to
